- Collaborate with department heads and business units to understand their financial needs and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare financial analysis for senior management and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field - A Must
- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis - A Must
- Fluent English - A Must
- Familiarity of financial statements (mostly P&L and Cash flow)
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Gsheet, Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear, concise manner to various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in collaborating across departments and leading financial initiatives.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience in M&A and corporate finance activities is a plus.
